Design Features
- Electrically heated system to provide uniform and constant heat.
- Temperature range from ambient to 90°C by controlled heating ensures accurate and reliable drying process.
- Evacuates to working area within 8 minutes, providing precise vacuum control.
- Freeze drying curves can be automatically generated and the user can also determine the actual end point of the process based on factors such as maximum product temperature and vacuum differential.
- The unit is equipped with an easy-to-use touch screen HMI that monitors, records and stores all key process parameters including product and condenser temperatures, pressures and heating profiles, providing you with complete documentation.
